Mission Statement
I started Building Blocks Tutoring because I believe that every child has a natural desire to learn and succeed. I recognize that each child is unique, with their own learning style, strengths, and areas for growth.Through personalized instruction, skill-specific assessments, and a supportive, encouraging environment, I believe young learners build confidence and develop the foundational skills needed for lifelong success.My goal, as an educator is to nurture a love for learning by meeting each child where they are and guiding them toward their full potential.

GETTING STARTED
Building Blocks Tutoring, is dedicated to tailoring specific teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of young children. By conducting thorough assessments, receiving input from parents and/or teachers, and understanding the child's unique academic/communication profile, I am better able to create customized teaching approaches designed to enhance and refine the skills necessary for success and increased confidence in the classroom.

I believe strong communication with parents and caregivers is essential in helping a child apply new knowledge and skills beyond tutoring sessions. When learning is reinforced at home and in the community, children gain confidence, stay motivated, and continue to grow. By working together, we can create a supportive learning environment that empowers each child to reach their full potential.
